Jeffrey belongs to Spiritica's Crime Collection, a conceptual series from the Italian house built around figures from criminal history. Spiritica presents it as a narrative work rather than an easy wear, and it is a deliberately confronting composition.
The idea came from founder Daniele Muratori Caputo, with Paolo Cerizza and Lorenzo Orlandi Berti on the composition. It opens cold and almost clinical, iced beer and white orange over live yeast and acidic aldehydes. The heart is dense and airless, clove set against metallic and sweat-like facets. The drydown is sweet and heavy, amber, birch and vetiver carrying accords of molten plastic and damp cellar.
The cap was made by Only the Dreamers, flocked and then lasered.
